Is it possible to buy parkhopper tickets AT disney for a 10 day to 2 week stay? Where would I purchase them within the complex?

I think at 14 days it becomes more affordable to buy an annual pass.

They don't have "parkhopper" tickets really any more. You would have to get a 10 day Magic Your Way ticket - they do not have them for any more days then 10. The cost for just a 1 park a day for 10 days is $208 - if you want to add park hopping onto that it will cost you $247.08 including tax. But do keep in mind that with an annual pass you will be elgible for the Best Rate Program that will entitle you to discounts on a room if you book 60 days out. Also something to keep in mind - especially if you are planing on being there for 2 weeks.

You can purchase tickets in WDW at the guest services in your hotel's lobby or guest services at any of the parks.

But I always buy my tickets at the Disney Store near my home or Disney online b/c they charge you a fee for buying tickets on Disney property.

Yes - you have a couple options for a 10-14 day stay. Disney now has the Magic Your Way ticket, you can choose the number of days (up to 10), 1 park per day or hopping, as well as add waterparks, etc.

They can be purchased anywhere on property including all 4 themeparks, downtown disney and all the resort hotels.

If you can purchase your tickets prior to arrival you will get an advance purchase discount. I would also suggest you look into an annual pass - IIRC the breakeven point is somewhere around 9-10 days but that may have changed with the new MYW tickets.

Ticket booths are just outside every park and water park, and before the monorail station at the Magic Kingdom parking lot (TTC; Transportation & Ticket Center).

The maximum length regular ticket gives 10 theme park days. YOu may need a 10 day ($223.) and a 3 or 4 day ticket ($182. or 197.), but when you add hopping ($37.) to each of them, the total cost exceeds that of an annual pass.

If some of your days will be spent only in water parks, Disney Quest, or Pleasure Island, one expiring 10 day pass with water park fun ($308. with hopping) may well cover your entire vacation.
