Parkhopper Pin EVent Report

I just got back a couple hours ago from the great Pin Event.

I know it is still going strong - when I left the place was still mobbed.

It was so wonderful to see so many friends today and to make some new ones.

I had such a great time, and it was just what I needed.

Thank you Vince and Suzi for all the wonderful food and prizes and surprises. You did another great job.

Thank you to everyone I traded with - I got some wonderful pins.

It was a very good Disney Day.

I just got home and am soooo tired... I will post more later in the day, but I will say THANK YOU VINCE AND SUZI !! I had an absolutely wonderful time and made some super trades-- it was a blast!!

Thanks Vince and Suzi for doing such a great job as hosts. I was so excited to attend my first Parkhopper meet. And I just have to say WOW....expecially at all the framed pins....I gave me lots of ideas. Thanks everyone for wonderfull trades. I got home and was amazed at the amount of new pins I had.

Can't wait till the next one.

Thanks for a wonderful time once more--I know we all feel like if we had to start meeting in the mall or a restaurant we'd all die--you've spoiled us!!

And it sure was great seeing old and new faces--I really didn't go for the pins!!

Vince and Suzi have us <b>sssooo</b> spoiled!

They are the very best hosts, and make the whole meet "a little bit of Disney" to tide us over until our next trip to the parks.

Oh, and it's true...Ruthie did not come for the pins. She knows that most of us no longer have anything good enough to trade with a fish of her exalted magnitude. She had Vince nearly in tears, as she whipped through his books and could find nothing she <b>needed!</b>

Ruthie did trade one pin with me....but I <b>know</b> it was a <i><b>mercy</b></i> trade.

Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for a fantastic pin party. We had the largest turnout ever with well over 60 people. I haven't even done an official count from the sign in sheet, but I ran out of vouchers for the first time ever. I am glad to have met a bunch of new people and hope that I didn't really miss anyone. The meet closed up around 11:30pm and I heard from a lot of people when they were leaving that they had traded quite a few pins. Now we just need a little time to recover and think about when we will do it again!!

I too would like to thank Vince and Suzi for putting on a wonderful pin meet. Next time they'll have to bring their meet to FL, including all of those framed pin sets.

It was such a great experience meeting new pin people and trading. Yes, I traded pins, so enough from the peanut gallery (Nat).

I really wanted to try and trade with everyone, but there were so many people I just didn't have the chance. So, I will certainly consider driving up for another one.

Thanks Again Vince for your hospitality and a great Disney experience, away from Disney.
