Parker Savers Tix, Magic Bands and MDE Questions

On our last trip, we bought tickets from Undercover Tourist and linked them to MDE and then bought Magic Bands after we got to the parks and had the tickets linked to the Magic Bands. For our upcoming trip, we bought tickets from Park Savers and have linked them to our MDE account. However, our MDE account lists some of our family members twice - as if they have two tickets registered on the site. Would the new tickets from Park Savers have automatically linked to our Magic Bands or is there something we need to do to link them?

Also, we are taking DD's friend with us this time and she doesn't have a Magic Band yet. I had planned to order one for her from Disney Store but got busy and never got around to it. I know we can buy one for her there. I've linked her ticket to MDE for the purpose of setting up fastpasses. But I'm assuming that we will have to take her ticket voucher to be exchanged for the actual ticket and then purchase her Magic Band and have it linked to the ticket. Is there somewhere outside the parks that we can do both? Or will we have to wait until we've actually reached a park to take care of it?

You can get her ticket or a magic band or both at Disney Springs... The ticket at guest relations and the magic band at world of Disney

As for the multiple members of your family I would call IT and have them merge each into one then, as long as your magic bands are still showing active on mde your tickets will work with them

You are asking about linking tickets "to a MagicBand." (Not correct)
Then, you are already linking tickets "to an MDE account." (Correct)

Once tickets are linked to an MDE account, a MagicBand can ALSO be linked to that MDE account.
Then, the MagicBand can access the ticket.

Just to keep things as clear as possible-

There is no reservation info, or ticket info, or credit card info,
or FP+ info "put onto" a MagicBand.

A MagicBand just contains (and weakly "transmits") a unique serial number that is used to access the information that is stored in your MyDisneyExperience computer file.

The MagicBand works like the combination to a locked safe, or a key to a locked door.

The MB, itself, is not the file of info or the container of the info.
The MB just unlocks the file of info, allowing it to be accessed from your MDE account when needed.
