Park Traffic in Early December

Hello fellow DISer's, a large portion of my extended family will be joining my little family for a trip to DW/DCL in December. We are doing 4 nights in the park and 4 nights on the boat (8th to the 16th of December).

Since I have never been to DW in December I have read different takes on the traffc during the time my family will be in the park (8th to the 12th). I seek the wisdom of my fellow travelers to help guide me and my family for this adventure. In advance I thank you for your information and assistance.

We went the week following Thanksgiving last year, and it was great! So much that we decided to go back every year at that time! I can't wait!! (and, I just got back a few weeks ago! )

We found it crowded from 12/6-12/13. The ride wait times were reasonable but it was crowded.

I've heard it's a slow time! We're going from Dec. 4-10.
