Park Today

Was awesome! Got to the park at about 12... rode 19 rides... little or no wait... (longest was nemo at 45 mins)
Early start tomorrow at Goofy's Kitchen!

we are up, have eaten and are ready to start our day today! we are not using one of our ee today though, we have guests with us that have ap and no ee. the kids are too jazzed! we will go over early to pick up the tickets a little early though!@

We're going to the parks around 4 today after work (mainly for corndog castle , but we'll probably end up staying till closing) and hopefully it will be the same as yesterday. This will be our first visit back since the summer crowds, so we're looking forward to the relatively quiet parks.

Park isnt busy at all... though i saw people started to hold spaces for Fantasmic last night at around 6PM... :|

at around 7:30PM, it was already packed...

Me neither. My girlfriend especially gets freaked out being cramped in with alot of people around things like Fantasmic & Main Street during the fireworks so we tend to stay away from them (for me, I'm 6'3" so I see over most everyone or else it would probably bug me too). So we always watch from a distance in a less crowed area with a crappier view.

Are they still doing seating for Fantasmic on the balcony with the gallery closed? I thought we might try that even though I'm not excited about spending that much money. MUCH easier with a 3 year old.

That's usually my favorite time though, while everyone else waits, you can hit all those rides in that area with almost no waits!

Just got back... feet are killing me!! but oh well!!! So today..
Goofy's kitchen atmosphere was awesome food was not so good...
Used EE everyone heads to nemo so my mom and i walked onto all the fantasy rides... Today was a weird day though way diff from yesterday all the sales people in the stores were very rude and today was the first time we had ever eaten at Blue Bayou... So we get there the check in lady is frazzled and snaps at my mom which should have been a clue as to how the rest of it would go. We get to sit out in the ride... right next to the bathrooms wasn't our first choice but oh well... So then we wait 10 mins for anyone to come buy and get us something to drink.. Our waitress was absolutely HORRIBLE! she was ride would disappear for 10-15 mins... we were there for maybe and hour and fifteen mins. Food was good though veggies a little to crisp for my liking... But I am really dissapointed in the service we've had today it's the happiest place on earth! COME ON!

BUMMER! I can't believe the staff at Disneyland was rude!! I have never run into bad service at the DLR. They are suppose to have a very strong policy on providing a outstanding customer service. Hopefully you will have better luck tomorrow

Yesterday cousins drove up from san diego.

we had a great day in the parks today.

went to DCA first, since they opened their gates before Disneyland and there were zero lines to get in.

walked on to monsters, grizzly, zepher, mullholland (kids stayed on 3x's in a row), screamin was 4 min wait. we also got to redwood trail before anyone else was there so they got to do the swing chair thingy and they loved it.

headed over to disneyland around 1230 and walked right onto buzz. space was 8 min wait. nemo still showed an hour every time we checked today/tonight so we skipped it. we waited about 20 min for splash, walked on practically on indy. jungle cruise was 10 (line was out of the queue, quite odd). pirates was just practically a walk on.

we do really love the parks in off season.

I don't think they have balcony seating, but they do have an area for reserved seating (with the dessert). Not raised, though, as far as I've read.



I'm so jealous of ANY of you who got to go into the parks today. We left Santa Cruz at 9am, went down 101 (were going to go down 5 but got a bit mixed up, LOL) with very little traffic, only 3 stops, and relatively smooth sailing through LA, but only checked in at 7pm. Thankfully we are upgrading to APs so the "loss" of one of our 5 days with 5 day ParkHoppers didn't hurt TOO much...
