Yes but only after park hopping time. You can't hop until 2 so they don't run until close to that.

So, if you forget something at your hotel you have to take an Uber/Lyft/Taxi back? And, does that means the buses are absolutely mobbed at 1:30 with everyone trying to get to the park they are hopping to?

You would take a bus/monorail/skyliner back to your resort and then catch the bus/monorail/skyliner to the park.

Resort to park buses run all day, you can return to your resort via whatever means you took to the park prior to 1:30.

Park to park buses start at 1:30 and no we have never had a long line when hopping right at 2ish.
