Park times up for November

Just checked and on the official DLRP site the park opening hours are up for November.
The park is open til 10.00pm on the Saturday we're there, we've never been in the park that late before, apart from the press event last visit, but we weren't allowed on the rides at all then. Finally we get to ride BTM in the dark, and if we can pluck up enough courage PM too.

Couldn't get the Sequoia Lodge after, so we're sticking with the Cheyenne, I'm sure we'll have a fabulous time there, me and the boys all love the Cheyenne, I don't think my sis in convinced yet, but I think her and Jessie will love it too.

How was this during summer season? Candlebration at 11pm followed by Fantillusion?

And why is the Disneyland Park on the 24th November open until 10pm? Is this a special day?

When were there in July Fantallusion was on earlier. Candlebration was on just before Wishes

Only open to 18:00 - wow, it just keeps on getting earlier each year.

Heres hoping that really these are just the 'default' times that someone has loaded into the system for November......

I don't think so. It is on the official DLRP site. So I don't think that this will change.
But closing time at 18:00 means they don't expect many visitor. (I even think that means even for major attraction no waiting time more than 15 minutes)

But for me this would mean also: No dinner at the park because this would be wasting of precious time.

Is 24th Thanksgiving day in America?

Just checked Thanksgiving is the 22nd, do they normally do anything special in DLRP to celebrate it ?

I may be wrong but I am wondering if 24th is opening until 22.00 purely because the weekends in the run-up to Christmas do get very busy and they are just adapting the hours to suit this. If that's the case, guess the following Saturdays will also be open that late.
