If we are just buying Park Hoppers is it best just to buy at check-in at SSR when we get there. Or should I go online to purchase thru Disney. Any help would be great the last time we went the travel agent handled it all. Thanks for the help!!!! :thumbsup2

I believe there is a minor price break for buying ahead of time when you are buying Magic Your way tickets. You can also buy them at the Disney stores.

There are also reputable ticket brokers who sell discounted tickets. I have purchased tickets through www.ticketmania.com. There are a few others out there as well that others here on the DIS boards have used.

Check out www.mousesavers.com for a list of discount ticket brokers. Also, sign up for the free monthly newsletter because they sometimes have special deals on tickets.

The last time we were there in Mar, staying at OKW, I just popped in and picked up tickets at the concierge desk... it took minutes. It was one less thing I had to worry about packing.. or should I say, forgetting to pack :rotfl2:

I agree with LisaS: Ticketmania through mousesavers' newsletter is the way to go for good deals. We always buy our tickets through them and end up saving quite a bit of money. We usually buy 10 day no expire park hoppers. Friends of ours bought 3-day park hoppers last year through them and got a great discount too.

FYI, as DVC members you should explore the possibility of using Annual Passes to save on tickets. We find that even if we decide to go once a "year", if we skew that by a few days, we can get 2 trips on one pass, and it makes it the least expensive option. As it is, we usually do 3 trips on an AP, and then take 11.5 months off and buy a new voucher to start the process over again. Even before DVC members got the $100 discount, this was the most cost effective way for us to go.

I usually wait until we get there to buy them. I believe as Diane just posted, I may go with AP this time. We are going the last week in June next year and maybe for a few days in early December. The following year I'll go the third week in June and be able to cover all three trips with the AP.
