Park Tickets: When to buy

We are traveling to WDW in June. I have decided to buy tickets from one of the ticket agents to save a few dollars. Any advice as to when I should order the tickets. Is there an advantage (disadvantage) to getting them this far ahead of time? Any comments or experiences will be appreciated.

I always recommend buying them as soon as you can afford them. With the new MYW tickets it is unlikely (but never impossible) that a price increase can occur.

Also, if you buy now it helps spread out the expenses.

Even if you have an expiring ticket, it is based on date of first use, not of purchase.
