My SIL just called and told me her tickets never came in the mail. When she called WDW to ask, she was informed that they were sent to will call for pickup. There were a lot of issues when she first bought and linked her tickets using the MDE app and she NEVER selected to pick her tickets up at will call! She did everything she was supposed to and on time, and she doesn’t want to wait on long lines to pick up her park tickets! The agent on the phone was actually very short with her and unhelpful. He told her she was out of luck, unless she wants to cancel all of her Fast Passes. We aren’t going for 3 weeks, so I can’t see why DW can’t just send her family’s tickets in the mail??? We are going as 2 families, and we have Magic Bands, but she doesn’t and she’s not staying on property. Also, our plans are linked in the app and we are sharing managing all the plans. She doesn’t want to mess anything up with all our FP. Anyone ever have this issue? Thanks for any info.
