Park tickets question

We have reservations at SSR for June. Our family is not going to visit the theme parks this trip. However, my BIL's family are going to buy 4 day passes. They are staying with us on our DVC ressie. My question is this... can they get tickets when they check-in or do we need to get them through DVC? (This is our first DVC trip). Also, am I remembering correctly that our park tickets and dining plan were all on the room key card?

DVC does not sell daily park tickets. The only sell discounted APs and special event tickets.

They can purchase tickets at the resort or any authorized ticket seller.

They can purchase them when they check-in. Yes, the DDP is on the room key, they can have their tickets added to the keys if they wish. Tickets can not be pre-purchased through DVC like they can through WDW cash reservations. DVC only sells AP vouchers and (as the other poster said) special event tickets, like MNSSHP and MVMCP.
