Do you get tickets before your trip for all the parks or do you get them when you get there? We have gotten all of our hotel info and stuff but no park tickets.
I'm a little unclear about your question; I can see two possible questions in the way you phrased it, so I'll try to answer both.
1) If you bought a package from a
travel agent or direct from Walt Disney Travel Company that includes tickets, and you're asking where are the tickets, the answer is - your tickets will be encoded on your room key when you check into your WDW resort. The tickets wil be active as soon as you get your Key to the World (KTTW) card, so even if your room is not ready yet, you can go to the parks and start having fun imediately.
2) If you are asking whether it's a better idea to buy tickets ahead of time, or wait till you arrive at WDW and buy them at the gate, there are a couple of answers to that one. I like to have my tickets in hand before leaving for WDW, and I like buying them from a discount broker like Ticketmania to save a few bucks. But I have also bought my tickets at the gate or at the desk when I check into my resort, which works just fine and doesn't take a lot of time. I also used to buy my tickets from the
Disney Store, since I have a few locally, but these days there is no discount from the Disney Store (prices are exactly the same as buying at the gate), so I go with the brokers.
