Park tickets question

I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

We are about to purchase our park tickets and want to get the best deal for our needs. We had decided on the 7 day Premium Ticket but now are thinking more along the lines of a 7 day Park Hopper through Undercover Tourist as we would like to visit the new Aquatica rather than the Disney water parks. We only have 10 nights and want to do Kennedy & Seaworld as well so we don't think we will get maximum use of a 7 Day Premium. However, I note that the 7 day Premium includes entry to Pleasure Island at Downtown Disney. Now, we weren't planning on going there except for an ADR at Planet Hollywood for one lunchtime. I thought a ticket was not needed to go to the shops and restaurants in Downtown Disney. Can anyone enlighten me?

Thanks!

You don't need a ticket to visit shops & restaurants at DTD they are free for anyone. When they talk of tickets for Pleasure Island it is just for access to certain entertainment venues and nightclubs there so unless you are planning on clubbing the night away you don't really need them. Hope this helps :)
