Park Tickets Question

Hope this is the right place for this question :)

We have 2 trips planned this year. A quickie in July and then a bit of a longer one in Dec. For July we'll be there the 4th-6th but only do 2 days at the parks. Then in Dec. we'll be there the 12-16th with only 4 days in the parks. Is it just me or is the smarter thing to do is to buy the 6 day no expiration tix (hoppers) from one of the discounted vendors rather than just buy the trips separately? Makes sense to me in terms of saving money but just double checking...

It's not just you! Buy the 6-day; in fact, look at the differences in price and you might even go for 8-day or 10-day tickets, since you're buying no-expiry tix anyway, and have some extra days that you could use on either trip if your plans change.

It's always better to have too much ticket than not enough.

That definitely works. as long as you are not going to buy the Disney Dining Plan.
If you want the DDP you will need at least a one day ticket for each trip.

I did get the DDP for the Dec. trip but included a one day ticket for that trip. It's the rest of the days I'm wondering about. Thank you so much! Okay, so I'll check in to the price for the 8-10 tix too but def. get the 6 day (at least!)
