Good morning all,

While doing some rough planning for my next years trip to Disneyland in October, i've decided that id like to allocate around 7 days to the Disney goodness. Im going to have a Disney first timer with me, and want to make their first experiance everything that it can be! Im wondering weather or not you think it would be better to buy 7 days worth of park hopper tickets, that include magic morning and toontown morning madness. Or to get annual passes. I know that I made the absolute most out of the two magic mornings that I got in the park and pretty much got through a whole land and a half!! And as im aware, September/October can be a little busier than April/May (my previous trip) Do I save money and give up the extra time in the park that we could probably put to good use? Or splurge a little bit more and buy 7 days worth of park tickets?

Opinions?

At Christmas we purchased park hoppers to start with. Of the six of us I upgraded to a premium pass as we were there Christmas Day so had to to avoid blackout days. We got discounts on food and merchandise which paid for itself over the 8 days. We were also staying insure which gave us early entry anyway. To upgrade I paid the difference between park hopper and annual pass

So I guess if staying off site use early morning first day. I still had toontown and other things. I did not have to return them.

Work out if the discounts are worth it

Everyone else had six day hoppers which we paid $5 to add an additional 7th day. As we ate and shopped together one annual pass worked for us all. Great decision for us.

Also got discounts on tours.
