Park tickets on corporation MDE account, but on-site hotel reservations on MY MDE account. How do I link?

We are traveling with a large group (25) to Disney next week. We were just told that our park passes & park reservations are on the corporation MDE account. We were given the log-in and password to make sure the days we want to be in the parks are correct. The group is staying off-site, however we decided to stay on-site and the hotel reservation is on MY MDE account. Is there a way I can link our park passes & reservations from the corporate MDE account to MY MDE account?

Do you know the person in charge with the account? I know when I travel with friends we link our accounts for a trip we have with same dates. After the trip we cancel the link. They would need to email you a link.

Another option is if you can see yoir ticket number in the Corp MDE. Try to link that in your MDE.

There was a thread not long ago about a school group. That post was specifically asking about Genie+ but it sounds similar in that it turns out the group had all tickets linked to a group account, therefore individuals were unable to link the tickets to individual MDE accounts not able to add G+ or I$LL. I suspect your situation is similar with all the group tickets linked to one account and unable to link to your own MDE; once tickets are linked to 1 account they cannot be linked to another. You might ask the "owner" of the corporate account if your tickets can be transferred to your personal account - but be aware you will lose any park reservations if you do so. I assume you are trying to take advantage of either early entry or the extra hours for deluxe resorts; you might ask the concierge if they can help.

Side comment...I wonder if these big group accounts are how WDW is now working with large groups to make sure everyone is linked and has theme park reservations in advance...it seems to bring another level of challenge for guests who want to manage their own plans.
