Park Ticket + After Dark Ticket?

I'm going to Star Wars Celebration in Anaheim in August. There's a After Dark - Star Wars Nite event the first day of the con. Do you need buy a park ticket in addition to the After Dark ticket?

Thanks! Can't wait to go. We're arriving 5 days early and just bought park tickets and then saw the event.

The after dark ticket will get you into the park at 6 p.m. If you want in earlier, you would need a separate park ticket.
