Park-specific supplies

So I know the consensus is that there's not much in the way of good, unique scrapbooking supplies at the WDW parks. (Which baffles me, considering what we'd probably be willing to buy if there were, but that's another story. )

However, I'm engrossed in putting together a stash for my upcoming trip album(s) and I'm wondering. We haven't been to WDW in seven years, so my info is quite out of date. What in the way of supplies CAN you get in the parks? Is there anything decent and unique?

While I have a lovely bit of stuff saved, the one thing it's hard to find in the Joann's, Michael's and AC Moores of the world (or even my beloved LSS) is park-specific stuff. Wish Disney would realize what a goldmine it is!

Supplies in the park are few and far between when I was their last summer...

I bought stuff on our first trips and I still have 50% of the paper... I used a lot of the stuff posted in the other link to make my pages look more park like.. (I also hate paying full price for scrapping supplies so I don't usually buy at the parks unless it screams at me. LOL)

Thanks ... but I actually have a pretty big collection with all sorts of things already stashed away. I was just wondering if there's anything available at the parks that's ONLY available there, if you know what I mean.

I agree. I use coupons for almost everything! So I don't plan to buy a ton at the parks, just wondering what they do have.

I bought a packet it was about $13 dollars. It has 6 sheets, a page with stickers, 5 or 6 picture frames (paper), a page with letters (two sets), a page with sticky borders.

At a recent scrapbook overnighter a couple of the ladies had sheets of stickers held together by a post in the top corner. They were park specific with characters riding the rides or wearing Mickey Mouse ears. I didn't see them when I was in Disneyland, but they said that is where they got them.

I agree that Disney should make more park specific supplies. We all know we'd buy them if they made them I specifically noticed that there is nothing for the new Cars Land.

Laura, I have that sticker book too, it's been sold at the parks for a while, and I just saw it when I was at DL last week. It hangs with all the coloring and activity packs that they have for kids.

It is very, very sad to see the state of scrapbook supplies at the parks these days. I had to search high and low to find any scrapbook kits at all at DL last week, and only found the one kit they do for each year, so at least I have a 2013 kit (I've been buying one every year since 2003!). There was only one scrapbook album that was available, and other than the little sticker book I spoke of above, there was nothing in the way of stickers or fun stuff. My most recent fun purchase was a Small World coloring and activity book that I plan to use as patterns to trace and piece (and maybe for a Cameo someday?).

A few years ago I purchased the best scrapbook kit ever at the Zulali Market in AKL. It was an Animal Kingdom themed kit with great earthy colors and kraft paper. I miss stuff like that!

Reddy I think you need a trip to Disneyland!

Looking at your pages made me think I could work Inkscape. Two weeks later I'm still not getting it. I was trying to make my own Cars Land stuff because there isn't anything out there to buy. That and signs. I love ride signs and wanted to create files I could cut with SCAL.
