Park Snacks

I noticed last trip that it was virtually impossible to get a snack at the Animal Kingdom that didn't come in a size that would have fed three people. I had some onion rings from the Flame Tree and there were enough to make it difficult to eat dinner later (I could have left some, but if I'm paying for them I'm going to eat them). So, I am wondering if anyone can point me to snacks in the parks... I have a couple of rules:

1) They can't be sweet.

2) Popcorn doesn't count.

At AK we always stop at the Harambe Fruit Market cart. There are a few benches to sit on while munching good fruit, and it doesn't ruin our appetites for the "serious dining".

hmmm they can't be sweet may be why you are not getting too many replies - lol! I know this breaks the rule but they are kind of salty and sweet -- the sugar coated almonds are my favs. They have carts in the MK and MGM that I have found.

I'm having a tough time coming up with something that's not sweet.

Maybe a slice of pizza from Pizzafari?

Or how about the pot stickers from the kiosk in Asia?

I don't know if it is still there, but on the path back toward Kali River Rapids there used to be a kiosk that served chicken satay skewers -- yummy.

Popcorn and a stop at the fruit stand for me!

This may count as a meal to some - but I like the ham and cheese croissants from Tuskers - if you go outside main dining times, you can usually get served quite easily.

We always take our snacks with us , so we can snack on them any time of day. They sell Lays Baked Chips in the Bakery on Main Street in The Magic Kingdom. We also get a Dole Whip in the Magic Kingdom.
