Park Shopping Question, Please - Dooney Minnie Rock the Dots Bag

My wife wants the Minnie Dooney. ($228 18" tote) She has tried ordering it on the app 3 times now and every time they cancel her order and say it is sold out. Each time she has called their 800 number to ask why it on the app if it is sold out and they tell her it is in stock and to try again. It is like groundhogs day.

Can anybody who has been in the park the past few days tell me if you see any in the parks?

They were on the shopDisney website, but we get 20% off with the AP.

Could they be canceling it because of the discount? Technically Dooney is usually excluded from discounts and promotions (but I have gotten my Disney Visa Discount on mine with the app but not on ShopDisneys website).

My wife has purchased several Dooneys from Disney and has never been denied the discount. If that is new, that could be why.

The 20% discount is definitely available for AP holders on Dooney bags.
