Park Savers/MDE question

Haven't been on the boards in awhile cause we weren't planning to go to Disney this year. But now we've decided to go in June so I'm trying to catch up. I'm planning to buy our tickets thru Park Savers and most of our group already has Magic Bands registered on MDE from our last trip. But we've invited one of DD's friends to go with us and she doesn't have a Magic Band. So.....will I be able to register her ticket on our MDE account and book Fastpass+ for her at the same time I do ours? And when we take her voucher to redeem it for her actual park pass, will we be able to have it put on a Magic Band at that point? From everything I've read, I'm thinking yes to both questions but I'd just like to hear from other folks who have used them. TIA

I just thought of something else I should probably get clarification on - last trip we bought our tickets from UT and linked them to our MDE account. Then we bought Magic Bands in Epcot and had them linked to the UT tickets on our MDE account. So I was assuming that means the Magic Bands are still on our MDE account and I can go ahead and link the tickets from Park Savers to those Magic Bands. Am I correct on that?

2. No.

MagicBands are 100% optional. Guests don't need them to make or use FP+.
