Park Reservations

DD and I are in the process of reserving our parks for May 2022. We have 8 day tickets. In what sequential order would you book the parks? We currently do not have hoppers as I'm not sure if its worth an extra $90 at this time.

If it helps at all we will be in Disney May 12th-20th 2022. (Thurs to the following Fri).

Totally a personal call. I'd avoid HS on the weekends, but with that long of a trip, you will be able to do everything. You will also be able to change your plan if you decide when you are there that you'd rather do a different park.

For us, we like to start our trip at Magic Kingdom and/or end at Magic Kingdom. With your dates, this is what I'd do, based on no park day for arrival day:

May 13- Epcot ( assuming Flower & Garden is going on Saturday and Sunday will be more crowded )
May 14 - Magic Kingdom
May 15 - Hollywood Studios
May 16 - Animal Kingdom

The rest is based on if you have a park ticket for each day but I always recommend having at least 1 down day when you are there that long so you can do a slower paced day and hit Disney Springs.

May 17 - Epcot
May 18 - Hollywood Studios
May 19 - Magic Kingdom
