Park reservations with DVC rental

I am considering changing my Disney package reservation to a DVC rental. However, however how do park reservations work? Do I have to by the park passes now and reserve?

You will need to buy your tickets separately from the DVC rental as there are no "rental packages" that include room and tickets.

You can make park reservations once you purchase your tickets.

If you already have tickets then those will work as long as you keep them.

If you have to cancel the whole package, then just buy your tickets and reserve your parks with the new ones.

As mentioned, rentals are just for the room. Everything else is on your own.
