Hi, I'm trying to get ready to use Genie+ on our upcoming trip. When I go into the app, change the day to a day within my trip and hit My Disney Genie Day and Get Started, it's telling me I don't have park reservations. I do have reservations that show no problem in My Disney Experience. Is there anything I can do to get them visible on the app or do I have to call member services? Thanks!
