About 10 days ago, I made room and park reservations to celebrate my birthday 
(its a big one so I need some pixie dust to help me with this one!), Just 2 nights/3 days. However, on my actual birthday, I wanted to be in the MK as it's my favorite. So I made park reservations for myself and husband on my account/ my phone. Happened to check yesterday......and noticed only my husband was in the MK on that day. We both were showing in Epcot for the previous day (reservations I made the same day I made the MK reservation). So I was in panic mode----lucky I was able to make myself a MK reservation for my birthday. I only checked last night because I was thinking of adding another park day on instead of driving home. You would think since I made the reservations on MY account, that I would show up? Now I had screen-shot everything when I made reservations. My screenshot from 10 days ago definitely showed me in the MK with my husband on my birthday. However, the app on my phone and MDE on the WDW website DID NOT. I miss the days there were not "park reservations". I highly dislike it. My point was-----review and review your "plans" and screen-shot EVERYTHING. Be diligent as the WDW software is far from perfect.
