Park Purchase Delivered to Resort

What are the guidelines for having a park purchase delivered to your resort?

The Easter Bunny wants to purchase something in DHS on Friday, April 14th, hoping to pick it up at the resort front desk on Saturday, April 15th, so the Easter Bunny can hand (paw) deliver it by sunrise on April 16th.

Is that doable? Is there a cut-off time for purchases to be delivered to the resorts?

Whenever I've had something sent to the resort from the park, it arrives that day. You could choose to pick it up the next day I suppose. They just ask that you aren't checking out that day/next.

If you're checking out on Sunday, I thought I read somewhere that they'll require 2 days prior to check-out to deliver packages.

Packages purchased are delivered to the resort Gift Shop, not the Front Desk, the following afternoon. You can pick it up there. So in your example it would be in the Gift Shop on Saturday afternoon

Never had that happen. They always tell me our package will arrive at hotel gift shop after 3 pm the next day. You should be okay.

You have been very lucky. They tell you to not expect it until the next evening.

Thanks for all of the replies. I forgot that it was the gift shop instead of the front desk, so that was a good reminder.

I would recommend making the purchase early in the day for the next afternoon delivery. Last fall there were a couple stores that said a purchase made during the evening might not arrive at the resort until the second day after.
