We are going to be in the "world" 5/31-6/7 can you guys tell me whats going on during that time so we can plan when or maybe when not to go to particular parks. Any info will help, thanks!

I don't think anything is going on at that time... HAVE FUN!
Gay Days are 05/31-0605. From what I have read they do have scheduled days at different parks.
Perhaps someone else can tell you what days they will be at what parks.
The only other thing is StarWars weekends at MGM and of course the Flower and Garden show at Epcot.
Have a great trip, we will be there at the same time, maybe we will see you.
