Park planning questions

We're starting to make preliminary plans for our November trip and I have a few questions.

Where can I find historical park hours?? I used to use Laughing Place, but they don't seem to show up.

How far out can you make priority seating arrangements?? Don't want to miss the dates!

I believe it's 2 months prior - so today, you can make PSs for August 21st. For the Rainforest Cafe (in DTD) you can call them direct and make reservations a year in advance, or so I've heard.
