Park planning for Easter?????

I can't believe we're actually this close. When we booked we had 14 months to wait and now it's almost upon us. WOW. I am spending lots of time trying to plan which days to visit the parks and which rides to do first etc.. as I know it will be packed all the time anyway. Any advice would be great. Kids are 13,8 & 6 and enjoy the thrill rides. Thanks.

We were there last Easter break. On that Saturday we did MGM and found the crowds to be very manageable. On Easter we did MK and I actually expected it to be more crowded than it was. I believe part of the reason for that was most of the resorts do some sort of Easter festivity (i.e. egg hunt) so people were staying near their resorts for most of the day. We were back at MK that Tuesday and it was much more crowded. Fortunately we had gotten a lot in on Sunday so we made due. You may want to check the park calendars to see which days are EMH. If you are not staying on property then try to avoid the parks w/EMH. Hope this helps.

This will be our 2nd easter trip, we have 3 teen ds who dont want to get up early. They know they are in for the big crowds etc. If you are staying on site take advantage of the early morning and evening extra magic hours. We are planning to do the evening hours when the mk is open till 3 am. Make sure all your adr dining arrangements are made. This time of the year without them you can be almost assured of being turned away at restraunts. My plan is to stay out of the mk on easter day itself. The last trip we did a character breakfast at Cape May at the Beach Club and dinner was at Hollywood and Vine at MGM. So far I booked the Garden Grill for dinner. Good luck and have a great trip.
