Park photographers before official opening??

Are the photographers out in the parks before the official opening time to catch those with early PS's? For instance, we have CRT for 8:10 and MK opens at 9, would be a great chance to get a photo with hardly anyone else on Main Street.

As far as i know... the photographers are out when guests start to get there. So for the early entry thing they would be out to greet everyone for that hour. In your case 8:10.
