Park Pass Required for MNSSHP?

Hi,
My sister will be arriving later in the day to WDW (flying in to meet with us) the day we're going to MNSSHP. I'd like to know if she will have to use a day off of her Park Hopper, or will a MNSSHP ticket be okay to get in the MK?(at the proper time, of course).

Nope. There's no need for park passes when going to MNSSHP. Your MNSSHP ticket is enough.

And, if they do as they have in years past, will begin to let you in as early as 4PM with just a MNSSHP ticket. We've been told before they are "hard coded" to let people in beginning then (instead of 7PM when the party actually starts).
