Park Pass for a child

Everyone in our party has a annual pass except my granddaughter. She turned 3 during the pandemic and now we are trying to plan a trip for the end of June. How do I go about getting her a pass so we can make park reservations? TIA

I've see reports of people successfully getting APs for kids that turned 3 during the pandemic.

call or click on tickets on almost any Disney page you're on. That's where I'd start.

Call pass holders line and explain. They are doing this. Tell them that you are going soon and need to get this purchased. The call backs are taking close to a month but if they know the trips is coming so soon they may be able to get back to you sooner.
