Park opening time and PS at Crystal Palace Question

On a day that the MK opens at 8am...how early can you get in for breakfast at the CP, and/or how early does the CP take PS's? We want to get as much time as we can in at the MK, so we planned a dinner, but if we can get a crack of dawn PS, it may be to our benefit! Thanks

When we were there over NYE, we tried to make an early morning PS at the Crystal Palace when it opened at 7am with EE, but they told us the earliest seating was 8am. Not sure if she was right or not but we believed her and ate at 10:20 instead.
