Park n Fly Packages from Philly Airport

After getting feedback from everyone on the parking at Philly now considering a Park/Fly package since we have a 8am flight Saturday morning and we leave about 45 min-1 hour from airport.

Checking into Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn.....any comments on either facility? Are the parking lots secured or guarded?

Any other location suggestions besides the Ramada......

You might want to check out Embassy Suites. They have a park and fly option and you also get breakfast in the morning.

Do you know where the park and fly for embassy suites is listed. I've been trying to find a good deal here and can't. Stayed there last year and loved it.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn. No complaints at all.

I've stayed at the Sheraton 4 points for long trips b/c it ends up being cheaper than paying at the lots. I think it is about $120.00. A friend of mine just stayed at Microtel and it was about $60.00 that is really cheap. He said the place was surprisingly nice. There is no resturant on site but you are within walking distance to many. Free breakfast and shuttle too. I may check them out in the future.

Try Embassy Suites Airport. We stayed there on May 7th before our early morning flight. It was cheaper than the Hampton Inn. The suite was very nice. It was great for me because of course, I couldn't sleep, so I stayed up and watched t.v. in the living room while the rest of the family went to bed. Included in the price is a free cooked to order breakfast (which we missed because we flew out too early), managers reception in the evening (missed that too...) and shuttle to and from the airport 24/7.

The staff was wonderful....we arrived back very late in the evening and they picked us up around midnight. Got back to Embassy Suites to find our battery on the car died. The shuttle driver jumped our car for us and got us on our way. Very considerate folks!!

Oh, one word of advice....make sure you ASK if the parking for the week is free. I called the Sheraton and the rate did NOT include parking. It did include the shuttle to the airport, but you had to pay extra for parking.

At Embassy Suites, the parking AND the shuttle were free.

I'm staying at the Fairfield Inn by the airport--room with 2 queens (needed for me, wife and 2 daughters) for $55 for the night. Parking is not included, but I'm going to park at Colonial Parking for $6/day. I don't think I can find anything more economical than that!

I booked Embassy Suites through www.gophila.com

I don't know when you are traveling, but I got a good rate through that site when I booked for May.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Airport last October. The parking is included with the price of the room and the shuttle runs frequently. There's a Denny's next door for breakfast.

We have stayed at the Comfort Inn and Holiday Inn. They are right next to each other and there is a Denny's between them if you need breakfast. I believe they both offer a free continental breakfast as well. You can usually get rooms around $85 for both these locations and the parking is free. It is not secured, but the lots are well lit and we have never had a problem. If you need more information, feel free to PM me.

Just to let you know....I just got Holiday Inn for $41 a night on hotwire. This was at 6:45 pm today. I called the hotel and she said parking would be free for the 8 days we will be in FL.

I will definitely report back. I was hoping for embassy suites but the rates were around $130. Figured it was too much to pay since we will only be sleeping their for a few hours.
