Park Hours

We are traveling in September/October. Right now Magic Kingdom is only open until 8 p.m. on the days we will be there. I know the MNSSP is a few of the days but on the non-party days the park still says closing at 8:00 p.m. Has anyone gone in the past the end of September and saw the times change to later? I'm trying to plan dinners, etc. and it's hard since I feel the park should at least be open til 10 not 8. If Disney changes the times to later than the dinner plans would be different.

I would expect a push back to 9:00 closing, but not 10:00. Disney just doesn't do the later closings except during the heavier/busier times of year.
