Park hours - website vs. app

Hello,

We are going to Universal 2/27-3/2. The Universal website shows park hours (for both IOA and US) with closing times at least an hour later than the closing time listed on the app for those dates. Which is accurate?

I just noticed the same thing. I'm going the week after you and the app versus the website are completely different, including early park admissions (the website doesn't even list any past 02/28).

I'm thinking, because the website doesn't have updated early park admissions listed into March yet (as of 02/23), that the website just isn't up to date. But we can't plan on that "guess".

I called and spoke to someone about the different hours. They gave no explanation as to why the app and website are different or whether or not one of them is correct. Instead, he just listed the hours for the parks each day I would be there. While I was speaking to him the hours on the app changed to match what he listed to me. The only difference is the app includes Early Park Admission times but, according to him and the website, there are no EPA times known past 02/28. So....

Very interesting! My dates still show some closing time discrepancies (particularly for IOA, but sometimes for US) plus the March early entry difference. Looks like I will be calling in the next day or so unless things get corrected between the website and app before then. I am tentatively planning that March early entry predictions on the app are correct but who knows...

The website has now been adjusted to match the park hours on the app for my dates (Feb 27-Mar 2). So at least in my experience, the app appears to have been more accurate.

Also, early entry is now listed for post-Feb. Fyi, Hagrid's is back as part of early entry starting March 1.

On a side note, when do they usually update hours? We are going in early April and are looking forward to the park hours for that week.

Usually about a month before so early April should be showing soon.

Also, early entry is now listed for post-Feb. Fyi, Hagrid's is back as part of early entry starting March 1.

I'm 99% certain that yesterday the website listed Hagrid's as being part of early entry starting March 1st. Looking at it today, the website says Hagrid's will not join the early entry list until March 2nd.
