park hours Thanksgiving week?

Was thinking of visiting during Thanksgiving week. Do most of the parks close early? and for those of you that visit this week , what is the weather and crowds like?Thank you
 
I don't think that the parks would close early as I would imagine that this would be a busy time for Disney.
