Park Hours Question

Just been looking at the park hours and I know this may sound silly but when it says EMH does this mean that the park opens 1 hour before the published time for on site guests and stays open late?

Just been looking at the park hours and I know this may sound silly but when it says EMH does this mean that the park opens 1 hour before the published time for on site guests and stays open late?

... Extra Magic Hours... certain parks open one or two days a week either an hour early, or up to 3 hours later, just for WDW hotel guests. If early, you just show up with your room key an hour before regular hours. For the late ones you need to show your key at certain specified stations around the parks to get a wristband allowing you access to rides etc after regular hours finish.
