park hours for december?

when will the park hours be out for december ? or, anyone who has been in 1st week of dec, what time do parks open and close and what times are parades?

Last year mid week opening was 10.00 - 8.00pm and 9.00 - 8.00pm at the weekend.

I think the parade in the main park is usually 3 or 4pm.
