Just wondering how far in advance park hours are announced? I know April hours are now online, when should we see May?

Also, does it seem that Disney will continue with the EMH evening hours? I remember they tested them last May and now are offering them regularly. Sounds like a great idea to me and we're hoping they're still around for a long time to come.

Park hours are available two months out. May hours will be posted March 1.

It does seem as though evening EMH will continue for a while. It's been very popular.

and I've got a question. I've read that you can get a wristband no sooner than 2 hours beforehand. But can you spend the day in another park and then head to the park open late right before or right after the EMH has begun and still get in?

For some reason I was thinking that if you weren't there before the EMH started, you were out of luck!

And for anyone in the "know" how have they handled EMH evenings at MK in regards to Wishes? Were they are regular closing as usual?

Wristbands are given out at certain locations throughout the park that is having the EMH late night. Also saw them being handed out at the entrance to the park, so I don't believe it would be a problem to arrive when EMH has already started and get a wristband. Only thing I can think of that would be a problem is if the park was at capacity, like say during Easter or Christmas.

Yes you can. In fact, you can pick up a wristband at any time during the three hours of EMH. You need not be there right when it begins. However ... you do have to make sure that your tickets are park hoppers. If you were in another park during the day and you don't have the park hopper option, then you cannot hop over to the EMH park.

That's what I figured but I wanted to be sure! Thanks. I will certainly have hoppers! I couldn't live without them! :teeth:

Same here!

:flower: I figured all those in the know here at the DIS would be able to tell me. Is there a "regular schedule" for EMH now that they are both morning and night time? Our trip is June 1-10 and I will have to begin making PS pretty soon. Just wondering if it is anything like before where certain parks were always on the same days for EE?

Thanks for your help in advance. ;)

Last I heard the schedule was this:

Su - MGM (evening)
Mo - Epcot (morning)
Tu - MGM (morning), AK (evening)
We - MK (evening)
Th - Epcot (evening)
Fr - MK (morning)
Sa - AK (morning)

They do make exceptions, especially during holidays. I imagine during the May 5th celebration there will be some changes.

:hourglass Now I can at least start to plan tentatively. My DH says I have just as much fun planning the trip as actually going. He must have selective memory, because he always forgets how loud I scream on RNR.

Thanks, Sherri. Let the planning frenzie begin.

How late does AK stay open if it is EMH in the evening?

I understand that the evening EMH is 3 hours after scheduled closing for each park.

Repeating this question in every thread on EMH, sorry....

Does anyone know if the restaurants stay open on EMH, or at least some quick food places? I suppose it may vary depending on the park.

I don't have first-hand experience, yet, but with E-Ride nights there were only limited places to get food/snacks. I do have a great memory of having ice cream on Main Street at about 1 a.m.!
