Park hours and dining

Assuming we are going in Aug. when park hours close at 8 pm., does anyone have any idea around when the food places close? I ask because I am considering the all day dining and it says you can keep going until the places close. I am trying to visit many shows and also want to be able to get in the meals as well.

I did the all day dining last month on a day the park was open from 9-7. many of the eateries closed between 4.30-6 but Mango Joes stayed open until closing.

Great! I'm totally doing this. One of my boys eats like crazy (teen) - plus my DH can too. Drinks alone in August. I figure we're going to be there all day, so potentially 3 meals.

I'm sure they stay open to serve All Day Dining passes until 15 minutes prior to park closing.
