Park hopping and FP+

Am I correct that if I spend the morning at MK and use 3 FP+, I can then go to AK in the evening and get another one there? If so, do I need to visit a kiosk at AK or can I get it through my phone?

Kiosk only for fourth and subsequent fastpasses. They can be in whatever park you are in at the time. (Meaning you have to wait until you are in the AK to make the AK FP; you can't do it from an MK kiosk.)

Once the fourth or subsequent FP is in your MDE, you can modify the time and attraction, subject to availability (and any changes would have to be in the same park as the FP you are trying to modify.)
