Park hopper with fd- refund?

We have an upcoming trip in a few months we plan to still take. I have gotten the email where they will adjust package price down by 35%. Any speculation if either:
- park hoppers that we’re a requirement to get “free” dining will be honored - think we will be able to reserve more than 1 park per day?
Or
- if we might be able to remove park hoppers from tickets as we get closer (for either a credit or refund - I’m not picky)

Last I heard they weren't automatically refunding the PH just yet because hopping hadn't been officially ruled out.

Seems only fair though if people had only purchased it to get the free dining deal. Give them time. I bet they will.

Park hopper cost will be refunded if Disney decides not to allow it.

The AP email I got says some of the features will not be available, and to me that is a clue that hopping will not be allowed at first,

The closest they have come to speaking on this issue is in the website description of the new reservation system, where they say "To enter a park, both a park reservation and valid admission for the same park on the same date is required." I read this as implying reservations will be specific to a single park on a single day. But who knows, really. It's definitely not something that has been clearly announced one way or another.
