Park Hopper to AP Question.

I know you can trade your park hoppers for AP's at DL, but is there a place in DCA that you can exchange them as well? Thanks!

Just as you go through DCA entrance, on the left side towards the back is a guest relations office. I think you still pay for it at the ticket booth outside, though.
