Park Hopper Tix on my Reservation

So, I have had all kinds of problems with my reservation. TA contacted Disney so many times. Originally, I had booked a Land & Sea package through DCL. 7 nights at WDW Resort + 5 day park hopper for 2 people and 7 nights on the Fantasy for 3 people. Because of the number of people changing from WDW to DCL, they had issues. They kept removing my park tickets and then would agree to put them back on, but the price would be higher each time. At one point, I had 6 x 5 day Park Hopper tickets on my WDW reservation. When it came to pay in full, my TA told them to remove all the Park tickets, because the cost was more than what I'd pay by myself (odd). It's been two weeks now, and there are still 3 x 5day Park Hopper Tickets, that I didn't pay for sitting on my reservation - one for myself, my daughter and my mother (my mother only joins us day before the cruise). I'm planning to buy tickets anyway, because I don't trust that these will stay there (since I didn't pay for them and someone will likely catch the mistake), but I'm curious, has anyone ever had this happen? Were the tickets actually active when you checked in? I'm considering buying base tickets and then checking what's on our magic bands when we check in!
