Park Hopper ticket (no ticket) question???

We purchased 10-day park hoppers (with no expiration) last summer with a package. We always go to WDW for Halloween, and we only used one day. BUT, my husband, at the very last minute, was not able to go with us because of work, so he did not actually get a ticket/room key. What do we do to get his ticket? I really didn't start thinking about this until the last couple of weeks, and now it is making me nervous. I wasnt sure where to look for information, but I figured that someone here might know. Any info that anyone might have would be greatly appreciated.

Write a letter.

Tickets on room keys are the easiest to get replaced if lost, so this should not be a long drawn out affair.
