park hopper questions (mail vs pickup)

Hi,

Has anyone ever ordered the park hopper in advance (via the web page) and selected to pick the pass up after arriving.
Because my trip is only a few weeks away, I am not sure I want to risk using the mail.
How exactly does this option work?

Do the plus options expire? I remember several years ago, reading (on the back of the pass) that the plus options were only good for X days after the first day the pass was used.

I did will-call on our last trip (June, '04). Worked great. Picked up the tix at Epcot.

Re: pluses. We used pluses (4) from our '02 trip on our '04 trip.
