Park Hopper Plus Question

Ok when I booked with AAA I told them I wanted to be able to go to the water parks. Tonight I made a payment and they told me that is was not on there. Well I can pay an extra $100 to add it but I think that is a rip off and they should fix it. I may just cancel and give disney all my money and none to the agent because I would only be saving $100. Am I wrong? Will I really use $100. worth of stuff with this option? Can you tell me what I can get into with the plus.

There are no Park Hopper Plus tickets anymore, they've all changed to the Magic Your Way (MYW) tickets. I know the hopper is an extra $35 a ticket, no matter how many days the tickets are for. If you tickets that include the water parks, you have to get the Magic Plus Pack which is an extra $45 per ticket.

i don't know what you mean by that? One hundred dollars a person or total? Are you saying you want them to upgrade the ticket for free? How many days is it for? If you want to upgrade to the Premium ticket you can do it at WDW for the same price as buying it in advance.


plus options are Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Pleasure Island, Disney Quest or Wide World of Sports

If you only plan on doing one day at a water park just buy the ticket separate

It's hard to tell from what you wrote..... Is the $100 the difference between tickets with the water park option and one without? Or are they charging you $100 on top of the ticket price difference? The cost to add the water parks option is normally $50 per ticket...... ($53.25 with tax - info from mousesavers.com)


What you get is a certain number of visits to the following parks/attractions. How many you get depends on the length of your original ticket.

Blizzard Beach water park, Typhoon Lagoon water park, DisneyQuest, Downtown Disney Pleasure Island or Disney’s Wide World of Sports Complex.

She told me it would be another 100 ontop of my total so for two tickets. Why I am upset is because we told her we wanted this and she said ok. On my info it said Park Hopper Pl and I thought that was plus but it got cut off. AAA is to provide a discount but I am not getting much at all.

Water Park Fun (plus pack) is $50 plus tax per ticket, so $100. for the two of you is correct, either you got a slight discount or the travel agent will add the tax.

It's worth it if you make at least two visits to water parks and/or Disney Quest (any combination or repetition). Otherwise for just one water park visit during your vacation, better to buy a separate ticket at the water park.

Hopping costs $40. plus tax per ticket (at gate) price, is not required if you choose to visit a water park and Disney Quest and one theme park all in one day, does not in itself let you into water parks, but most people want the flexibility of hopping between theme parks and purchase it.
