Hi everyone,
I keep asking tons of questions. I am planning on going to DW with a party of 6 adults (3 couples). For 7 nights. Should we get the park hopper? We are going nov. 29th - dec 6th, which shouldn't be that busy? We want to see all the parks of course and then I guess return back to what we like. Do you think we will want to go to multiple parks in a day. Thanks so much.

Personally, I think park hoppers are worth the extra money. We tend to go early in the morning, stay till lunch, and then go back to the hotel for a rest. Since we usually stay at the Dolphin, we love to hop to Epcot for dinner & Illuminations or MGM to get in some more RnR time. I don't think we'd handle it well if we were confined to only one park per day.

flexibility of a park hoppper is great - especially if you plan to dine on disney properties; it can reduce the commando approach to visiting the parks.

we get the hoppers without an expiration date 'cause we know we will visit every year and can use them on an as needed basis. but if you won't be going back for a while, the ones that expire within 14 days of first use will save ya some $$.

Hi, Amy!

I recommend getting the Hopping option, especially at "slow" times of year. MK, MGM, and AK close a bit earlier when there aren't big crowds, but Epcot WS is always open until 9 pm. We like to go to the other parks during the day, and hop on over to Epcot in the evening for dinner and a stroll around the WS.

Also, since there won't be long lines to contend with, you will get more done in a day. For us, MGM is a 1/2 day park during the off-season. With Hoppers, you won't be stuck without the choice of going to another park if you finish (or don't really like) a park before the day is over.

Have a great trip!!

Since you are all adults, I would DEFINITELY recommend the hopper - especially if you are foodies, too, so that you can always hop to Epcot for dinner. Yes, it's a slower time of the year, but that makes it almost easier to hit more than one park in a day. Of course, evaluate what else you want to do. If you are all first timers, and have the energy, you may want to return to different parks for different reasons (i.e. someone really wants to ride Soarin' again, but when you were there last they were out of Fastpasses, so you hit just a couple of things in Epcot during EMH, then hop to another park for the rest of the morning/afternoon.)

Go for the hopper, for the price, the flexibility can't be beat!

I agree with everyone else. The park hoppers give you great flexibility so you can jump around from one park to another for any reason....or for no particular reason.

When we've gone at at times that parks close early, especially the Magic Kingdom and MGM we have always "hopped".

The other reason we never buy "1 park passes" is that we really like to eat at Epcot and that way we can just hop on over from whatever park we are in and go to Epcot to eat.

Actually the only non-parkhoppers we have used were given to us as rewards for attending timeshare presentations!

Maybe a 1 park pass would be good for a partial day (your first day or last day of a trip).

We went in October. I decided to get the hopper option for us both. We were at Disney for 7 days. Out of the 7, 1 day did we park hop. It's a great option and having the ability not to be restrained is cool, but get it if you honestly will be park hopping....
