Park Hopper for Holiday Time Tour?

Hi All,

Sorry if this question has been answered, I wasn't able to find anything specific.

Has anyone purchased the Holiday Time Tour without having a Park Hopper?
Do they still let you do the tour?

You have to have ticketed entry into Disneyland on the day of your Holiday Time tour. You check in at the Tour Garden there, then your go over to DCA through a side gate where your tickets are not scanned.
